2021-22:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Ran unattached in all three of her appearances ... crossed the finish line in 26:00.4 at the Warrior Challenge 8K (9/10) ... placed 11th with a season-best 6K time of 24:48.23 at the Saginaw Valley State Invite 6K (10/2) ... finished in fourth place with a time of 20:18.5 at the Northwood Invitational 5K (10/15).  INDOOR:  Competed in six of the seven regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships … finished 15th in the mile at GLIACs ... ran the mile at four different meets, posting a season-best time of 5:29.74 at the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Meet (1/22) ... clocked in at 11:02.87 for 3K at the SVSU Jet’s Pizza Invite (1/28-29) ... ran a season-best time for 800m at the SVSU Tune-Up (2:29.67).  OUTDOOR:  Participated in five competitions, plus the GLIAC Championships ... finished 10th at GLIACs in the Steeplechase in a personal-best time of 11:51.69, which ranks eighth in school history ... posted a season-best time of 5:04.50 for 1500m at the Ashland Alumni Open (4/29-30) ... recorded a season-best mark of 19:39.03 for the 5000m race at the Cedarville Yellow Jacket Open (3/26).

High School:  A 2021 graduate of St. Thomas Villanova Catholic High School ... earned five varsity letters for the Wildcats (three in cross country and two track - would have been four for each sport except for the pandemic) ... placed sixth at the 2020 Western Ontario Cross Country Championships in a personal-best time of 23:47 for the 6K race ... earned All-City (Windsor and Essex County Secondary Schools Athletic Association) recognition in each of her three cross country seasons  and both track seasons ... garnered All-Region (Southwestern Ontario  Secondary Schools Athletic Association) accolades twice in cross country and once in track ... earned three letters as a member of the varsity ice hockey team (fourth season was canceled due to COVID) ... was an Academic Honor Roll student every year ... competes during the summer for the Windsor Legion Track and Field Club ... played club ice hockey for the Windsor Wildcats for three years and club soccer for nine years, serving two years as team captain of the LaSalle Stompers.
