The women's track and field team began its indoor season on Saturday afternoon at the Hillsdale Winter Opener. Junior Dazmonique Carr (Lawnside, N.J. / Haddon Heights) highlighted by winning the 60m dash in a time of 7.66. Carr's prelim time of 7.69 equaled the school record mark she set in December, with her finals time breaking the WSU record.
