Lyndsay Butler went 3-0 with a 0.33 ERA and 25 strikeouts in 21 innings in the season-opening series in Rosemont, Ill. and was named GLIAC Pitcher of the Week for the seventh time in her career.  She tossed two shutouts and only allowed one earned run on 10 hits.  The 2016 NFCA Player of the Year nominee hit .533 with a homerun, two doubles and three RBI.  She garnered 13 total bases and stole a base.
