Freshman Ashley Defrain (Fort Gratiot, Mich. / Port Huron Northern) led the women's cross country program to a runner-up finish at the Wolverine Twilight Invitational on Friday hosted by the University of Michigan-Dearborn. She finished fourth in a time of 19:20.9.
