The 19-match winning streak was the nation's longest across all divisions.

Match One (W, 9-0)
Wayne State gave up just two sets during the match against Kentucky Wesleyan.

Juniors Alex Poissant (Laval, Que.) and Julia Kamenko (Toronto, Ont.) won their No. 1 doubles match, 8-1.  Sophomores Lauren Hughes (Detroit, Mich. / Southfield) and Ashley Walker (Canton, Mich. / Salem) teamed up for an 8-0 win at No. 2 doubles. Sophomore Andreea Mitrache (Sterling Heights, Mich. / Warren Cousino) and freshman Liz de Souza Ghellere (Ararangua, Brazil) won by default at No. 3 doubles.

Senior Yahsha Moore (West Bloomfield, Mich.) won at top flight singles 6-1, 6-0.  Mitrache was victorious at No. 2 singles 6-0, 6-0 while Poissant also won in straight sets at third singles.

Match Two (L, 2-5)
Radford jumped to an early 1-0 lead by capturing all three doubles matches.  Hughes and Walker fell at No. 3 doubles 8-3 before Poissant and Kamenko lost 8-5 at No. 2 doubles. The senior duo of Moore and Briand fell at No. 1 doubles 8-7 (7-5).
