                     DETROIT -- The Wayne State University men's tennis team (9-11 overall, 4-2 GLIAC) fell 7-2 to No. 36 Ferris State (17-4 overall, 7-0 GLIAC) on Sunday morning at the WSU Outdoor Tennis Courts in Midtown Detroit. 
DOUBLES RESULTS 
- Sophomore 
Harvey Reed (Winchester, England) and junior 
Ryan Carlson won, 9-8(7-4), over Till von Winning and Daniil Tarantinov at the second doubles flight. 
- Senior 
Mohamed Fazyl Kechai (Paris, France) and freshman 
Derek Sammons (Coldwater, Mich.) lost, 4-8, to Steward Sell and Alex Brown at No 3 doubles, and junior 
Clement Charriere (Marseille, France) and freshman 
Taylor Vane (Southampton, England) were beaten, 2-8, by 23rd-ranked Vasil Surduk and Nur Adim Ramdani Iswari at the first doubles position. 
SINGLES RESULTS 
- Sophomore 
Luke Ruocco (Lewes, England) recorded a super tiebreaker, 10-7 (3-6, 6-2) victory over Tarantinov at the fifth singles flight, and Charriere fell in a 10-8 (5-7, 6-4) super tiebreaker to von Willing at No. 2 singles. 
- Vane was bested, 4-6, 3-6, by Ramdani Iswari at the third singles position, and Reed was topped by Sell, 1-6, 4-6, at the fourth singles flight. 
- Freshman 
Nicholas Ang (Rochester, Mich.) lost in two sets (1-6, 2-6) to Simon Levy at No. 6 singles, and Kechai was defeated (2-6, 0-6) by No. 39 Surduk at the first singles position. 
UP NEXT 
- The Warriors will conclude a five-match home stand on Wednesday against Northwood at 1 p.m.
