Ike Udanoh (Detroit, Mich. / Warren Woods Tower) recently signed with Hyeres-Toulon Var Basket of the ProA league in France.
Last season he began the year in Finland with Loimaan Korikonkarit in Korisliiga. Udanoh averaged 12.7 points per game and 6.9 rebounds per contest, along with 1.2 steals per match in 17 games for the Bisons. He also played 20 games in VTB United League where he averaged 9.9 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.0 assist per game. Udanoh also played last season at Mantovana in Italian Serie A2. He appeared in six contests for Bondi Ferrara (Serie A) in Italy where he averaged a double-double at 16.2 points, 11.8 rebounds, 1.7 steals and 1.2 assists per game. In four Serie A2 games, he averaged 12.5 points, 10.5 rebounds, 1.8 steals, 1.5 blocks and 1.0 assist per contest.
As a three-year letterwinner (2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12) for the Warriors, Udanoh helped WSU to a 54-30 record and an appearance in the 2011 NCAA Tournament after capturing the 2011 GLIAC Tournament title. Wayne State qualified for the GLIAC Tournament all three years. As a senior, Udanoh led the squad in field goals made (154), free throws made (144), points (452) and rebounds (258 - which was the third straight season). The 2011-12 First Team All-GLIAC selection, Udanoh ranks 18th in WSU history with 996 points in 81 games for the Green and Gold. He was also named to the GLIAC All-Defensive Team as a senior as well as the 2012 GLIAC All-Tournament Team.

Udanoh has also been a part of winning teams as a professional as his 2014 Finnish League squad was the regular season runner-up.
Udanoh is quite experienced player. His career allowed him to visit four different continents. Udanoh tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America. He has played previously professionally in Austria (Raiffeisen Wels), Qatar (Al Ahli), Uruguay (Larre Borges) and Finland (Tapiolan Honka).
On Udanoh: A very energetic front court player, with an ideal body to play a physical, tough game. He's very effective at the defensive side and can spend time in both center and PF positions as well, taking advantage from his quickness at the 5 and from his power at the 4.
