FROM HEAD COACH GRANT LOFDAHL
"We held out our top-3 guys today as they put in a big training week, and our 4-10 pack did a very nice job."
"
Ian Lewis ran the best race of his life to this point, and moved up throughout the race to finish as our top runner. Tony Vinson likewise ran his best race so far, taking the lead on our pack in the middle of the race and holding on for a top-15 finish.
Ethan Pruzinsky and
Andrew Yax took small steps forward in this race, but they both will aim higher in championship season."
"Very solid races as well by
Aidan Lobsinger,
Ishaan Kundapur, and
Parks Allen, and it was great to see
Eli DiCerbo back in action for the first time in far too long. Overall, it was a solid race for the Warriors, and we need to keep the positive momentum going into championship season."
