DETROIT -- The Wayne State University diving teams are set to host the inaugural Detroit Diving Classic on Saturday at 12 p.m. inside The Matthaei Natatorium. The Warriors will be one of three teams competing with both men and women along with Aquinas from the NAIA ranks and Davenport.
"The Detroit Dive Classic kicks off our meet season and we could not be more excited to get back into competition mode," said head diving coach
Jason Trout. "Being an early season meet, it will serve as a measuring stick for the rest of the season. We've trained hard up to this point and now it's time to execute. I am looking forward to the divers showing their progress and building momentum for the rest of the season."
