Volleyball Day One (Tuesday) Diary Of NCAA Regionals

Editors Note: Below is the Day 1 (Tuesday) recap of the WSU Volleyball NCAA Regional Trip.

Hey Warriors!

We are Alina Ike and Abby Baushke, and we are excited to take you along the final stretch of our historic 2025 season.

We both had class for a little over an hour this morning (Tuesday) before heading to the Matthaei for practice. Practice started at 12, and after that we showered, finished packing and got on the bus to head to St. Louis.

The first half of the bus ride we slept, watched a movie, and did some homework. After four hours, we stopped in Plainfield, Indiana to eat dinner at Cracker Barrel. Then we got back on the road for the last three-and-a-half hours of our ride. This last half of the bus ride we all watched the Grinch on the TVs on the bus.

After a long bus ride, we finally arrived at our hotel in St. Louis. Everyone got their room assignments and started exploring the hotel. Now, we are off to bed.
