Volleyball Day Three (Thursday) Diary Of NCAA Regionals

Hey Warriors!

We had an early start to our day at 7:45 AM for team breakfast at the hotel. We departed for our 30-minute serve and pass. After practice at UMSL, we headed to the Gateway Arch.

We stopped at 7 Brew and Jersey Mikes on the way back to the hotel for a mid-day pick me up and lunch!

Getting back to the hotel we had a film/scout meeting for an hour. Then we had about three hours of downtime. Most of us either napped or studied for finals.

Then we departed for our pre-game meal at Noodles and Company. We had butter Parmesan noodles with chicken and pad thai with steak.

After we ate, we left for UMSL, where we watched UMSL vs UIndy.

Then we got dressed, stretched and ready for our game.

Unfortunately we lost a tough five set thriller. We are so proud and grateful for our teammates, coaches, and support staff that made this season possible!
