Vassilakos Earns First Team All-America Honors In 1650 Free

WSU finishes 19th with 55 points at NCAA Championships.

INDIANAPOLIS -- The Wayne State University women's swimming team earned 13 points on Saturday evening as senior Alli Vassilakos (Clarkston, Mich. [Carthage College]) finished sixth in the timed final of the 1,650 free by clocking in at 16:50.99.

Graduate student Barbara Munoz (Yumbo, Colombia), who swam during the prelims, ended up 29th with a time of 17:30.69.

The Warriors finished the 2025 NCAA Championships with 55 points, and placed 19th out of 39 schools that scored points at the championships.
