ALLENDALE, Mich. -- The Wayne State University women's golf team shot a 310 (+22) to move up to sixth place out of 18 squads on Tuesday following round two of three in the NCAA East Regional being played at Grand Valley State's The Meadows Golf Course. The Warriors will begin play for round three on Wednesday morning at approximately 11:40 a.m.

The low five squads in the East and West regionals and the low four teams in the Central and South regionals, along with the low two individuals not on those teams, will advance to the national finals. Tiebreakers and playoffs will be used to determine team and individual champions, plus advancements to the finals. Regional tournaments are considered preliminary rounds of NCAA championship competition and all national championship policies will apply.
