QUOTING COACH LOFDAHL
"We ran like an inexperienced big-race team today, which we are, but the women showed they are good enough to overcome a few mistakes. Seventh was a respectable finish for us in this race, and something to build on. Ava went out hard despite not feeling the greatest, and October and Emma held on after a fast start as well. Elise ran a solid race, and I was very impressed with Kendall and Reese who worked together the entire race and moved up through the field."
