HOLLAND, Mich. -- The Wayne State University women's swimming & diving squad wrapped up its four-day stay at the 2026 GLIAC Championships on Monday night inside the Holland Community Aquatic Center. The Warriors secured a third-place finish among the six-team with a final point total of 591.
"The women finished third overall, which I believe was quite the accomplishment considering that in the polls for the majority of the season, we were unranked," said head coach
Sean Peters. "To finish third is truly an accomplishment and it was a total team effort. Congratulations to Elly (Belmore), Emma (Crispo) and Diana (Muccioli), as they have a possible opportunity to continue their seasons."
