EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Elly Belmore (St. Clair Shores, Mich. / Lakeview) was the lone Warrior in action for the Wayne State University women's swimming and diving team on Thursday night for the 2026 NCAA Championships.  Belmore touched the wall in 12th for the 400 IM consolation finals with a time of 4:22.65, scoring WSU's first five team points.

Looking ahead to Friday's preliminary session, Diana Muccioli (Grosse Pointe Woods, Mich. / Grosse Pointe North) will swim in the morning's first event, the 500 free at 10 a.m.
