Pre-WSU:  Competed in both 2010-11 and 2011-12 for Lansing Community College in both cross country and track ... earned both All-American and Academic All-American accolades while at LCC ... won the 2011 MCCAA (Michigan Community College Athletic Association) Championship meet with a time of 23:35.8 helping the LCC Stars to the team title ... also earned all NJCAA Region XII honors ... finished 29th at the NJCAA national meet in a time of 27:44.59 ... helped his squad to a first-place team finish at the 2011 Jackson Community College Invitational by placing second in a time of 22:40.4.
