2013-14:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Placed 49th at the Detroit Titan Invitational with a season-best 5-kilometer time of 21:58.43 ... also raced at the Western Ontario Invitational (22:30, 149th) and Michigan Intercollegiates (22:11.42, 54th).  INDOOR:  Participated in three races in the 2013-14 season ... ran a career-best in the 800m at the GVSU Big Meet Invite, crossing the line at 2:28.18 ... helped the 4x800m relay team to a second-place finish at the Hillsdale Wide-Track Classic ... placed third in the DMR at the SVSU "The Cardinal" meet.  OUTDOOR:  Ran in the 800m at the Bellarmine Invitational.

Pre-WSU:  Competed in cross country  (2010, 2011), indoor track (2011, 2013) and outdoor track (2011, 2013) at Macomb Community College ... ran a career-best 2:28.70 for 800m outdoor at the 2013 Toledo Invitational ... finished the 400m at the GVSU Tune-Up in a time of 62.70 ... collegiate track results ...
