2014-15:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Ran in the first three meets ... placed 91st (23:48.98) at the Detroit Titan Invitational (9/6) ... posted a 6K time of 28:04 at the MSU Spartan Invitational (9/12) ... recorded season-best 6K time of 27:46.03 at the SIU-Edwardsville Invitational (10/4).  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... finished fourth in the high jump (4' 7.75") and fifth in the 600m dash (1:49.75) at the Oiler Openers (12/6) ... brought home two sixth-place finishes in the long jump (14' 1.75") and high jump (4' 9") at the Hillsdale Winter Opener (1/10) ... posted a sixth-place finish in the 600m dash with a mark of 1:51.11 at the Tiffin Dragon Open (1/24) ... competed in six events with two top-10 finishes at the Hillsdale Wide-Track Classic (2/7) ... recorded three personal-bests in the 60m hurdles (10.22), the shot put (30' 3.75") and the high jump (4' 10.5") at the GLIAC Indoor Championships. 
 

2013-14:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic team ... ran in three cross country meets for the Warriors ... placed 76th (23:51) at the Detroit Titan Invitational (9/7) ... posted a 6K time of 26:57 at the MSU Spartan Invitational (9/13) ... recorded season-best 5K time of 22:28 at the Western Ontario Invitational (9/21).  INDOOR: Participated in six races ... grabbed a runner-up finish in the 800m at the Hillsdale Wide-Track Classic, crossing the line at 2:33.98 ... helped the Warriors to a third-place finish in the 4x4 relay at the SVSU "The Cardinal" meet before claiming a fourth-place finish in the 60m hurdles ... earned a podium finish in the 800m at the GLIAC Indoor Championships with a time of 2:32.41, which was good for sixth-place ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team.  OUTDOOR: Ran in four races ... placed seventh in the 800m at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships, finishing in 2:35.05 ... garnered an eighth-place finish in the javelin throw at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team.

2012-13:  CROSS COUNTRY: Redshirted during the cross country season.  INDOOR: Set school records in the 55 meter dash (8.45), high jump (4' 5") and leading off the 4x200 relay (2:01.36) ... took third in the 600 meter run (1:52.68) at the BGSU Tom Wright Classic ... was part of a fifth place 4x200 meter relay team at the Baldwin-Wallace Meet.  OUTDOOR:  Finished 11th in the heptathlon (2,984) at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship ... heptathlon finish included times of 18.27 in the 100 hurdles and 2:35.93 in the 800 meter run and a leap of 4' 6.75" in the high jump ... finished sixth in the 100 hurdles (20.38; school record) at the Adrian Invitational ... led off fourth-place 4x200 relay (2:01.47) at Coastal Carolina Invitational.

High School:  A 2012 graduate of Addison High School ... earned four letters in cross country ... also earned three letters in volleyball at Addison ... was All-Country, All-Region, All-Conference and the best defensive player in volleyball (08-12) ... was a state qualifier in the 3,200 meter relay ... was named to the All-Academic team for volleyball ... was elected team captain for volleyball (10-11) ... coached by Siena Heights University's Mike Watkins.
