2016-17:   Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.   INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in the last six meets, including the GLIAC Championship after missing the December Oiler Opener due to an injury ... ran two career-best times at the Hillsdale Wide-Track Classic (2/4) - 7.90 for 60m, and 26.01 for 200m ... finished fourth at the GLIAC Championships in the 400m with a career-best time of 56.87 ... ran a season-best 9.42 in the 60m hurdles at the Hillsdale Winter Opener (1/7).   OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in five meets, including the GLIAC Championships … placed first in both the 400m and 4X400m relay at the Cumberlands Invitational (4/7) … recorded a career-best time of 56.74 in the 400m … took first in both the 4X100m relay and 400m race at the Bellarmine Invitational (3/31) … ran the second leg of the 4X400m relay at the GLIAC Championships, which took third place … took seventh in the 400m (57.52) at GLIAC Championships.

2015-16:  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in six meets, including the GLIAC Championship ... earned Second Team All-GLIAC honors as part of the 4x400 relay which finished second in a school record and provisional time of 3:51.27 ... recorded a season-best time of 7.96 for 60m twice at the Hillsdale Winter Opener (1/9) in both the prelims and finals ... set a personal-best in the 400m with a time of 57.25 at the SVSU Holiday Open (12/4) ... ran the 800m at the SVSU-NU-WSU Triangular finishing in a time of 2:35.91.   OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in 11 meets, including the GLIAC Championship ... bettered the school record in the 400m hurdles at the GLIAC Championship (5/5) with a time of 1:03.78 in the prelims, then finished eighth in the finals (1:04.66) ... set personal-bests for 200m (25.65) at the Vanderbilt B&G Invite (3/25) and for 400m (57.11) at the Oakland Grizzly Invite (4/16) ... was part of two school record relays at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (4/23) - 4x100m (46.37) and the 4x400m (3:46.39) ... ran the third leg on the 4x400m relay which placed eighth at the GLIAC Championship (3:54.82).

2014-15:  INDOOR:  Participated in seven races ... recorded two victories at the Oiler Opener (12/6) in the 600m dash (personal best of 1:41.69) and the 4x4 relay (4:05.06) ... finished third in the 600m dash with a time of 1:46.58 at the Hillsdale Winter Opener (1/10) ... grabbed a first-place finish in the 400m dash (1:01.32) at the Tiffin Dragon Open (1/24) ... guided the 4x4 relay team to fifth place, crossing the line in 3:56.65 at the Hoosier Hills (2/14) ... posted an eighth-place finish in the 400m dash with a time of 58.60 at the GLIAC Indoor Championships (3/1).  OUTDOOR:  Competed in four meets ... placed ninth in the 4x4 relay with a mark of 3:50.95 at the Tennessee Relays (4/11) ... garnered two fifth-place finishes in the 200m dash (25.88) and the 400m dash (59.00) at the Centre Twilight (4/17) ... helped lead the 4x1 relay team to a second-place finish with a time of 47.68 at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships (5/2). 

2013-14:  INDOOR:  Saw action in eight meets ... helped the 4x4 relay team to a third-place finish in first collegiate race at the Oiler Open ... grabbed a first-place finish at The Cardinal meet hosted by SVSU in the distance medley relay, helping the quartet cross the line in 12:22.73 ... earned a fourth-place finish in the 400m dash at the Hillsdale Wide-Track Classic ... finished third in the preliminary heat of the 400m dash at the GLIAC Championships ... placed seventh in the finals of the 400m dash at the GLIAC Championships ... ran a personal-best 42.89 for 300m at the Oiler Opener (12/6).  OUTDOOR:  Ran in five meets ... placed seventh in the 400m hurdles at the Bellarmine Invitational ... finished eighth in the 4x1 at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships.
