2017-18:  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in six of eight meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... had WSU season-bests in both the shot put (12.68m) and weight throw (16.66m) ... personal best in the weight throw was at the SVSU Holiday Classic (12/2) ... placed fourth in the shot put at the GLIAC Championships (2/25).  OUTDOOR:  Placed third at the GLIAC Championships in the hammer throw (55.00m / 180-05), the best finish in the event in program history (was the third best throw in school history) ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in five regular-season meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... also participated in a Last Chance Meet at GVSU ... had a season-best throw of 23.32m in the javelin at Cincinnati's Nikoloff Open (3/31) ... set a personal-best in the discus with a toss of 28.92m at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (4/21) ... recorded a season-best throw of 12.36m in the shot put also at the Owens Classic (4/21).

2016-17:   Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors ... was a CoSIDA Academic All-District nominee ... earned a spot on Team Ontario for the 2017 Canada Summer Games (bio) in Winnipeg, Manitoba after winning the hammer (50.39m) at the CSG Trials on June 24th ... won a bronze medal at the Canada Summer Games with a personal best in the hammer of 54.34m.  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in the first six meets ... set a then career-best in the weight throw with a toss of 16.29m (53-05.50) at the Findlay Oiler Opener (12/9) ... had a season-best toss of 12.72m for the shot put at the GVSU Big Saturday Meet (2/11).  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in seven meets, including the GLIAC Championships and both GVSU Last Chance meets … placed first in the hammer throw (52.67m) at the Bellarmine Invitational (3/31) … placed fourth in shot put at the Cumberlands Invitational (4/7) … recorded a personal best in the hammer throw (53.36m) and placed eighth at the GLIAC Championships ... had a season-best throw in the shot put (12.13m) at the GLIAC Championships.

2014-15:  INDOOR: Competed in seven meets during the season ... made her collegiate debut finishing in the top-10 in the shot put (38-01.25) and the weight throw (45-07.75) at the Oiler Opener (12/6) ... placed seventh in the weight throw with a mark of 47-09.25 at the Hillsdale Winter Opener (1/10) ... posted a seventh-place finish in the weight throw (46-00.75) and eighth in the shot put (37-05.75) at the Tiffin Dragon Open (1/24) ... recorded a mark of 46-02 in the weight throw at the Armory Track Invitational (1/31) ... threw both the shot put (38-05.5) and the weight throw (48-11.75) at the GLIAC Indoor Championships (3/1).  OUTDOOR:  Garnered a third-place finish in the hammer (143-05) and finished fifth in the shot put (38-04.25) at the Amy Adams Memorial (3/21) ... recorded an eighth-place finish in the hammer with a mark of 142-07 at the University of the Cumberlands Invitational (4/11) ... placed 10th in the shot put (38-08.75) and the hammer (129-06) at the Centre Twilight (4/17) ... finished 13th in the shot put with a mark of 39-10.75 at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships (5/2) ... posted a sixth-place finish in the shot put (40-11) at the GVSU Second to Last Chance Meet (5/8).
