2016-17:  CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete in any meets.  INDOOR:  Competed in four meets ... ran a season-best time of 1:06.87 for 400m at the SVSU Classic (1/14) ... posted a season-best time of 1:46.91 for 600m at the Hillsdale Wide-Track Classic (2/4) ... also competed in the 4x4 relay (4:16.36).  OUTDOOR:  Competed in five meets … recorded a personal best (1:07:26) in the 400m hurdles and took third at the Cumberlands Invitational (4/7) … placed sixth at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (4/21) in the 400m hurdles with her second best time (1:07:98).

2015-16:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Raced in two of the six meets … posted a time of 26:44.40 at the Michigan Intercollegiates (10/9) … finished with a mark of 33:51.80 at the GLIAC Championships (10/24).  INDOOR:  Did not compete.  OUTDOOR:  Did not compete due to injury.

Pre-WSU:  Competed one season (2015) in both indoor and outdoor track for the Alabama State Hornets.  INDOOR:  Recorded season-best times of 28.30 (200m) at the ETSU Invitational, 45.59 (300m) at the UAB Blazer Invite, 1:04.58 (400m) at the UAB Green and Gold Invite and 9.97 (60m Hurdles) at the UAB Blazer Invite.  Outdoor:  Participated in both the 100m hurdles and 400m hurdles ... recorded season-best times of 16.35 (at the AL vs. MS Border Classic) and 1:07.75 (at the 2015 SWAC Championship) ... link to Alabama State results.

High School:  A 2014 graduate of Walled Lake Central High School ... earned four letters in track and field for the Vikings ... won the 300m hurdles (45.61) at the KLAA Conference Championships in 2014; which broke a school record ... received team MVP and All-City honors her senior year ... voted to serve as captain in 2014 ... member of the National Honor Society ... also competed with four track clubs during the summer (Newbreed Track Club, Motor City Track Club, Swift Tack Club and Mazout Track Club).
