WSU Career Notes (as of 7/10/16):  Holds two of the top 10 all-time indoor marks in the shot put ... twin sister Elizabeth has the other eight top marks ... ranks third outdoor in school history in the shot put (12.77m), fourth in the hammer (44.27m) and second in javelin (39.47m).

2016-17:  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in all seven meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... had a personal-best throw in the shot put of 13.98m to finish fifth at the GLIAC Championships (2/26) ... won the shot put twice during the season - Hillsdale Winter Opener (1/7) and SVSU Classic (1/14) with throws of 13.12m and 13.50m, respectively.   OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in seven meets, including the GLIAC Championships and both GVSU Last Chance meets … took fourth in both the javelin (35.08m) and shot put (12.94m) at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (4/21), with the shot put (4/22) distance being an outdoor personal best … earned second in the javelin throw at the GLIAC Championships … set a personal best in the javelin throw (40.29m) at the Tennessee Rust Buster (3/25) … placed second in the javelin at the GVSU Last Chance meet (5/13) ... finished second in the javelin (39.15m) at the GLIAC Championships to her twin sister ... earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the javelin.

2015-16:  INDOOR:  Competed in all nine meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... set a personal-best in the shot put with a toss of 13.33m (43-09.00) at the GVSU Tune-Up (2/19).  OUTDOOR:  Earned USTFCCCA All-Midwest Region honors in the javelin for having one of the top five distances ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in 10 meets, including the GLIAC Championship ... recorded a personal-best in the hammer throw (44.27m) at the Miami University Duals (4/2) ... notched a personal-best in the javelin (39.47) at the GVSU Second To Last Chance Meet (5/13) ... placed third at the GLIAC Championship in the javelin (37.06m).

2014-15:  INDOOR:  Competed in eight meets ... placed ninth in the shot put with a mark of 34-10.50 at the Friday Night Special (12/12) ... finished 11th in the weight throw with a mark of 41-00.50 at the Tiffin Dragon Open (1/24) ... garnered a fourth-place finish in the shot put with a mark of 39-08.75 at the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invitational (1/31) ... exceeded her personal-best at the GVSU Big Meet (2/14) with a mark of 46-01.50 in the weight throw ... earned an 11th-place finish in the shot put with a season-high mark of 42-00.75 at the GLIAC Indoor Championships (3/1).  OUTDOOR:  Took first place in the shot put (39-10.50) and a runner-up finish in the javelin (115-02) at the Amy Adams Memorial (3/21) ... posted a new season-high in the hammer throw with a mark of 143-04 at the University of the Cumberlands Invitational (4/11) ... clinched a first-place finish in the javelin with a mark of 124-08 at the Hillsdale Gina Relays (4/25) ... placed fourth in the javelin (124-10) at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships (5/2).

2013-14:  INDOOR:  Redshirted.  OUTDOOR:  Participated in five meets ... garnered a fifth-place finish in the javelin throw at the Bellarmine Invitational, while placing third in the shot put ... placed ninth in the javelin at the GLIAC Championships with a season-best throw of 32.58m.

High School:  A 2013 graduate of Sand Creek High School ... earned 11 letters (four each in basketball and softball and three in track) for the Aggies ... at the 2013 Division 4 State track meet placed third in the shot put (38' 4.5") and seventh in the discus (98' 3") ... helped SCHS to the 2013 Team State title with a discus throw of 100-10 ... placed sixth in the state shot put contest (36' 4.25") as a junior ... was Honorable Mention All-State and also Academic All-State in basketball ... averaged 14.8 points, 5.7 steals and 5.0 assists per game as a senior helping SCHS to a 14-6 record ... served as a team captain in both basketball and softball.
