Career Notes (as of 5/13/18):   For Outdoor - ranked third in school history in both the high jump (1.59m) and long jump (5.30m), and second in the triple jump (11.47m) ... holds the school record for points in the heptathlon (3,860) from the 2015 GLIAC Championships.

2017-18:   Is a CoSIDA Academic All-District nominee.  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... competed in six of eight meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... had a personal-best for the triple jump (11.43m), which placed fourth at the GLIAC Championships ... compiled a season-best in the long jump (5.36m) at the Youngstown State Invite (2/2) ... ran a season-best 9.30 for 60m hurdles at the SVSU Holiday Classic (12/2).  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... competed in all six meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... set personal bests at the league meet (5/3-5/4) in both the high jump (1.59m) and triple jump (11.47m), finishing 11th and fourth, respectively ... had a season-best in the long jump (5.30m) at GLIACs ... was part of the 4x100m relay that clocked in at 48.43 at Cincinnati's Nikoloff Open (3/31) ... 2017-18 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.

INDOOR:  Competed in all seven meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... had a career-best time of 9.12 for 60m hurdles as part of the pentathlon at the GLIAC Championships (2/25) ... also had two other personal-bests as part of the pentathlon - 3:00.91 for 800m and a toss of 10.54 in shot put - to set a career-high with 2,900 points ... set a personal-best in the long jump of 5.21m at the Oiler Opener (12/9) ... had two season-bests at the Hillsdale Winter Opener (1/7) - 28.84 for 200m and a high jump mark of 1.50m ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... competed in four meets, including the GLIAC Championships … placed second in the long jump (5.12m) at the Bellarmine Invitational (3/31) … took first in the long jump (5.16m), fourth in the 200m (27.24) and fifth in the javelin throw (25.64m) at the Oakland Grizzly Invite (4/15) … set a personal best of 15.14 in the 100m hurdles at the Oakland Grizzly Invite (4/15) ... 2016-17 recipient of the DII ADA Academic Achievement Award.

2015-16:  Was a a CoSIDA Academic All-District nominee ... recipient of the DII ADA Academic Achievement Award.    INDOOR:  Missed entire season due to an injury ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.   OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... competed in six meets, including the GLIAC Championship ... ran a career-best 14.94 for 100m hurdles (wind aided) at the GLIAC Championship (5/4) and also set a career-best in the high jump at 1.51m at the GLIAC Championship, both as part of the heptathlon ... set personal-bests for both the long jump (5.29m) and javelin (32.47m) at the Oakland Grizzly Invite (4/16).

2014-15:  INDOOR: Competed in six meets ... collected a second-place finish in the long jump with a personal-best mark of 16-10 at the Oiler Opener (12/6) ... helped lead the Warriors to fifth place in the 4x4 relay (4:20.20) at the Hillsdale Winter Opener (1/10) ... finished 10th in the shot put with a personal-best mark of 34-00.25 at the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invitational (1/31) ... garnered two fifth-place finishes in the shot put (33-07.25) and the 60m hurdles (9.57) at the Hillsdale Wide-Track Classic (2/7) ... participated in six events in the GLIAC Indoor Championships (3/1).  OUTDOOR:  Ran in four meets ... guided the 4x1 relay team to a third-place finish in a time of 52.28 at the Cedarville Outdoor Open (3/28) ... finished ninth in the 200m dash (26.83) at the Cumberlands Invitational (4/10) ... recorded a sixth-place finish in the 100m hurdles with a time of 15.46 ... competed in eight events at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships (5/2).
