2017-18:  INDOOR:  Did not compete in any meets.  OUTDOOR:  Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the hammer (55.18m) ... competed in five meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... recorded the second-best hammer throw in school history (55.18m) at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (4/20) ... had a season-best in the shot put (10.65m) the next day (4/21) ... notched a season-best in the javelin (24.99m) at the Oakland Grizzly Invite (4/13) ... also participated in the GVSU Last Chance Meet.
 
2016-17:  INDOOR:  Competed in all seven meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... had a season-best throw of 11.63m for the shot put at the GVSU Saturday Big Meet (2/11) ... recorded a career-best toss in the weight throw of 17.20m at the GVSU Friday Big Meet (2/10).  OUTDOOR:  Competed in four meets, including the GLIAC Championships … placed second in the hammer (52.24m) at the Bellarmine Invitational (3/31) … recorded a personal best and a provisional toss in the hammer (52.70m) at the Cumberlands Invitational (4/7), which took first place.

2015-16:  Switched to throws after suffering a foot injury.  INDOOR:  Competed in eight meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... set personal bests in both the shot put (12.68m) and weight throw (15.72m) at the GVSU Tune-Up (2/19).  OUTDOOR:  Competed in five meets, including the GLIAC Championship ... set a personal-best for the shot put (12.81m) at the Oakland Grizzly Invite (4/16) ... set a personal-best in the hammer (48.36m) at the Hillsdale Gina Relays (4/30).

2014-15:  INDOOR:  Placed seventh in the 200m dash with a mark of 27.63 at the Oiler Opener (12/6) ... did not compete for the rest of the season.  OUTDOOR:  Redshirted due to injury.

2013-14:  INDOOR:  Participated in seven meets ... finished ninth in the 200m at the Kent State Doug Raymond Invite, crossing the line in 26.78 ... collected a fourth-place finish in both the 200m and the long jump at The Cardinal hosted by SVSU meet ... ran a season-best 26.15 in the 200m at the GVSU Big Meet ... participated in both the 60m dash and the 200m dash at the GLIAC Indoor Championships.  OUTDOOR:  Saw action in four meets ... garnered a third-place finish in her first outdoor race as she helped the 4x1 relay team at the USF Open ... helped the 4x1 team to a fourth-place finish at the Bellarmine Invitational ... ran in both the 100m dash and the 200m dash at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships.

High School: A 2013 graduate of Merrillville High School ... was a four-year track letterwinner for the Pirates and coach Jeff Fairbairn ... earned All-State accolades as a junior in the 4 x 100 (placed fourth) which also won a league (Duneland Athletic Conference) title ... selected as the 2013 team Most Valuable Player ... finished 18th at the 2013 state meet in the 200m (26.27) ... was the 100m conference champion as a junior ... best times were 12.6 (100m), 25.6 (200m) and 17-3 (long jump) ... also earned two letters in basketball and one each in cross country and cheerleading ... helped the MHS basketball team to a league and sectional championship and a 25-2 record as a senior.
