Biography

2020-21:  Cross Country season was not held due to COVID-19.

2019:  Participated in two races ... placed 12th at the Detroit Titan Invite (9/7) with a time of 21:32.7 ... ran in the Oberline Inter-Regional 8k in a time of 28:39.0 ... missed a portion of the season due to an injury.

2018:  Competed in six meets ... finished the Calvin Knight Invitational (9/8) with a time of 26:56.4 ... set an 8K personal-best 25:12.6 at the GRCC Raider Invite (9/22) ... crossed the finish line at the Lewis Conference Crossover Invitational (10/6) in 27:26.7 ... finished the Inaugural Warrior Challenge (10/20) in 17th place with a time of 26:45.0 ... competed in the GLIAC Championships (11/3), completing the event in 27:07.9 ... competed at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/17), finishing with a time of 35:12.3. 

2017:   Selected as the squad's Most Improved Runner ... competed in five meets ... earned a four-mile personal-best time of 22:37.6 (32nd) at the Detroit Titan Invitational (9/9) ... ran the Greater Louisville Classic (9/15) in a 6K PR time of 27:36.5 ... finished with a time of 27:38.9 at the Lansing C.C. Invitational (10/6) ... competed in the GLIAC Championships (10/21), running the course in 28:16.4 ... earned a 10K personal-best time of 34:24.4 at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/4).

High School:  A 2017 graduate of Tecumseh High School ... lettered in cross country and track with coaches Eddy Foley and Wes Harden ... recorded the fifth fastest 5K time in Tecumseh history ... took first at the 2016 Lenawee County Championships as an individual and helped the Indians to the team title ... earned All-Southeastern Conference honors in both 2015 and 2016 ... served as a team captain in both track & field and cross country as a senior ... also lettered in choir ... was a four-time Academic honoree.
