Biography

2020-21: Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... cross country season was not held due to COVID-19.

2019:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in four meets ... finished the Detroit Titan Invitational (9/7) four-mile with a personal-best time of 23:01.1 ... earned a time of 28:45.4 at the Second Annual Warrior Challenge 8K (9/21) ... completed the Lewis Conference Crossover 8K (10/12) in 28:21.4 ... crossed the finish line in 27:10.2 at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble 8K (10/19).

2018:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... earned a new 8K personal-best 26:59.4 at the Calvin Knight Invite (9/8) ... sat out the remainder of the season due to an injury.

2017:  Selected as the squad's Newcomer of the Year ... competed in all six meets as a true freshman ... placed 29th with a 3.1 mile time of 22:37.0 at the Detroit Titan Invitational (9/9) ... finished the MSU Spartan Invite (9/15) in 28:25.8 ... crossed the finish line at the Greater Louisville Classic in 27:13.8 ... set an 8K season-best 26:59.7 at the Lansing C.C. Invitational (10/6), finishing 22nd ... competed at the GLIAC Championships, completing the event in 27:58.4 ... ran the NCAA Midwest Regional 10k (11/4) in 34.38.8 

High School:  A 2017 graduate of Eisenhower High School ... was a four-year letterwinner in cross country and track under coaches Debbie Palazzolo and Brad Quinn ... helped lead his team to an All-Macomb Area Conference Red championship and third place in Macomb County ... state qualifier and two-time All-County and All-MAC winner for the Eagles ... earned MAC Red All-Academic honors ... had a personal-best 5K finish of 16:15 ... ran the 1600-meter in 4:38 and the 3200-meter in 9:58.
