2016-17:   A CoSIDA Academic All-District nominee ... INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... competed in seven meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... had personal-bests in all three events at the Oiler Opener (12/9) - triple jump (11.20m), long jump (4.97m) and 60m (8.10) ... long jump was a personal best.  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... competed in six meets, including the GLIAC Championships … placed third in the triple jump at the Bellarmine Invitational (3/31) … recorded a season best in the long jump (4.80mw) at the GLIAC Championships ... notched a career-best for outdoor triple jump (11.09m) at the Tennessee Rust Buster (3/25) ... 2016-17 recipient of the DII ADA Academic Achievement Award.

2013-14:  INDOOR:  Ran unattached in three meets during the indoor season ... posted a season-best in the 60m dash at the GVSU Big Meet, crossing the line in 8.10.  OUTDOOR:  Did not participate.

High School:  A 2013 graduate of Eastern Regional High School ... was a four-year track letterwinner for the Vikings and coaches Joe Murphy, Michael Fulton and Jason Hill ... two-time Second Team All-Conference selection ... won the 100m at the 2012 County Meet and placed third in the 200m ... best times during high school career were 12.70 (100m), 26.80 (200m) and 34-0 (triple jump) ... also lettered three years in basketball ... was the basketball team MVP in 2011 ... was a member of the National High School Honors Program ... served as a team captain in both track and basketball ... competed in the 100m and triple jump at the 2012 summer nationals for the Lawnside Lightening and coach Leonard Scott.
