Freshman Ransom Allen (Ithaca, Mich.) helped the Wayne State University men's cross country team finish fourth at the GLIAC Championships on Saturday.Â
He earned Second Team All-GLIAC accolades after a 19th-place finish with a time of 25:02.9.The top three teams included Grand Valley State (44 points), Michigan Tech (57 points), and Saginaw Valley State (61 points). Wayne State placed fourth (113 points) and was followed by Parkside (154 points), Northwood (183 points), Ashland (197 points), Ferris State (231 points), Purdue Northwest (243 points), Lake Superior State (284 points), and Davenport (293 points).
