GAMES 14 & 15 STORYLINES
Wayne State returns home for a pair of contests after dropping the last four games, all on the road.

ALL-TIME SERIES
After winning last year's season series 3-0 vs. Hillsdale, the Warriors fell in the first meeting this year.  WSU has a 27-12 home record against the Chargers, including wins in seven of the last eight matches at the Matthaei.

Wayne State's home court win last year vs. Findlay ended the Warriors five-game losing skein at the Matthaei against the Oilers.  WSU is 11-6 at home all-time vs. UF.

HILLSDALE RECAP
Wayne State had an 11-point lead (31-20) late in the first half following a triple by Cole Prophet, but Charger Tim Dezelski answered with a three-pointer of his own in the final 30 seconds.

The Warriors held a nine-point advantage (40-31) with just under 14 minutes remaining following a basket by Ike Udanoh.  Hillsdale scored the next five points including another triple by Dezelski before Prophet connected on a jumper at the 10:12 mark.  It would be WSU's last made field goal of the game.

A 5-0 Charger run ended with a pair of Udanoh free throws with 7:49 left which gave the Warriors a 44-41 lead.  Two free throws by HC's Brad Guinane was followed by a pair of foul shots by Prophet at the 6:38 mark.

Dezelski hit his third triple of the contest with 3:31 left giving the Chargers their first lead since 17-15.  Prophet again made two free throws with 2:37 remaining to knot the game at 48.  Guinane hit a fade away three-pointer at the 2:08 mark putting HC in front 51-48 and start a run of nine straight Charger points to end the game.

Udanoh recorded his seventh double-double of the campaign with a game-high 18 points along with a game-best 11 rebounds.  Prophet added 17 points.

FINDLAY RECAP
The game had 13 lead changes and nine tied scores with the last tie coming at 60 with 1:14 left as Udanoh sank the first of two free throws in a double bonus situation.

Findlay's Kyle Caiola then put the hosts in front for good with a conventional three-point play with 56.2 seconds remaining.  Following a missed lay-up by the Warriors, Caiola made two foul shots with 21.2 left putting the Oilers in front 65-61.  Another missed lay-up by WSU led to UF's Aaron Robinson splitting a pair from the charity stripe with 11.1 seconds remaining to seal Findlay's 71st consecutive GLIAC regular-season home victory.

Udanoh led WSU with 16 points, while Stacey Waters tallied 10 points.  Dale Brundidge had game-high totals of eight rebounds and five assists.  Caiola, who was one of four Oilers in double figures, recorded a game-high 20 points which included 10-of-12 from the foul line.
