FINDLAY, Ohio -- The Wayne State University women's swimming and diving team came up short at No. 13 Findlay on Friday night, 117-88. Next up on the schedule, the Warriors will host Oakland on Saturday at 1 p.m. for Senior Day inside the Matthaei Natatorium.
"We definitely had some strong performances on the road today, and a big congratulations to
Megan Sieloff for her first collegiate wins," said head coach
Sean Peters. "I thought the women fought hard and the men really made it a close meet where it came down to the last relay. We are three weeks away from our conference championships and I am seeing improvements every week."
Overall, the Wayne State women placed first in two events, second in six races and third in 10 competitions.
