GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- The Wayne State University women's swimming and diving team wrapped up its 2023-24 regular season on Saturday at Calvin, the 15th-ranked team in Division III. The Warriors came out on top defeating the Knights thanks to a final score of 141-132. WSU will begin the postseason with the GLIAC Championships on Feb. 9-12 in Holland, Mich.
"It was a fun way to complete the dual meet season, and I am so proud of the Warriors," said head coach
Sean Peters. "Their spirit, camaraderie and courage is really inspiring to me, and I am excited for our conference meet in about two weeks. Both the women and men had challenges today, but I am always seeing improvement in many areas. The Warriors definitely represented the 313 with pride and performances."
