Women's Basketball To Host Three One-Day Team Camps In June

DETROIT -- The Wayne State University women's basketball program will be hosting three one-day girls team camps this June.  The team camps will be held on June 15, June 16, and June 17 and are open to high school teams (grades 9-12 in the fall of 2026).  

Teams will play two games per day with the cost per day being $200.

MHSAA officials will be present for all games.

Team spots are first come first serve with the registration deadline just one week out (June 9, 2025).

Coaches must have a reliable contact email and phone number, along with payment when registering.

Each athlete must complete the Concussion Form and Sports Camp Health Form.  Blank forms will also be provided at registration - Concussion form and Sports Camp Health Form.

Schools have the option to compete in one, two or three days of the camps.

Coaches will be notified of their team's schedule roughly a week prior to the games on the email they provided during registration.

Games will be played at both the WSU Fieldhouse and at the Matthaei gymnasium.  Both buildings share the same parking lot, and WSU camp staff will be present at both gyms.

Check-In Time:  45 Minutes Prior to Scheduled Game
