DETROIT -- Second-year head coach of the Wayne State University fencing programs,
Andy Tulleners, has announced the schedule for the 2024-25 season.
"We are looking forward to the start of our competitive season. This year we have added the Brown Invitation in November to our schedule. As the team gets stronger, we are always looking for more competition to help push us to work harder. Adding Brown will help us do that as we look forward to hosting the CCFC's this year."
As mentioned by coach Tulleners, the Warriors open the 2024 season at Brown on Nov. 23. After that, the Green and Gold will not compete until Jan. 25 as they travel to Notre Dame for the Decicco Duals. The following week, Feb. 1-2, WSU will be at Northwestern.
Wayne State is set to host the CCFC Championships at the Wayne State Field House on Feb. 22-23. Following this, the Warriors will prepare for the NCAA Regional Tournament on March 8, followed by the NCAA Championships from March 20-23.
