DETROIT -- The Wayne State University men's and women's swimming & diving teams hosted their annual Alumni Meet on Friday night inside the Matthaei Natatorium.  The event, presented by Fieger Law this year, saw several former Warriors compete against current WSU student-athletes.

"Tonight was an absolute celebration of some great swimming and diving all around," said head coach Sean Peters.  "I was so impressed with the turnout and performances, and seeing so many alumni come back and enjoy each other, enjoy swimming again, and sharing it with the varsity squads, it was very inspiring and special."

Schedule wise, the men and women will next be in action on Friday, Nov. 8 when they host Findlay at 1 p.m.  The Oiler men are ranked tied-for-10th in the country according to the CSCAA while the women come in at No. 17.
