MARSHALL, Mich. -- Competing in its final tournament of the fall for the 2025-26 season, the Wayne State University men's golf team sent a split squad to Albion's Marshall Masters on Thursday. The Warriors' "B" group garnered second place, the "C" contingent finished in third and
Harrison Chapman (Marshall, Mich.) earned the first Individual Medalist honor of his career.
"Really great round today by Harrison," said head coach
Mike Horn. "That's his first college win and really cool to see him get that on his own course. Also some really good rounds from Troy, Jack, Andrew and Shawn. This was a very successful fall campaign and I'm very excited to see what we do come spring time. We're going to work our tail off this winter and each guy will have a set of objectives and things to work on when we meet in the next couple of weeks. I know these guys are going to put the time and energy in to improve their own specific game. I look forward to our spring season. Go Warriors."
