FINDLAY, Ohio -- The Wayne State University men's golf team wrapped up its second-to-last tournament of the fall season on Tuesday afternoon, Findlay's Doc Spragg Invitational at Findlay Country Club. The Warriors garnered a second-place finish among the 19-team field and did so with a 10-under 854 (281-285-288), six shots behind UMSL in the top spot.
"Outstanding three rounds by the boys," said head coach
Mike Horn. "Congratulations to Andrew (Daily) and Jack (Julian) for making the All-Tournament Team. I'm very proud of how we stuck with it even though we struggled to start today and even though we didn't finish very well, our overall second-place finish is excellent. It sets us up really well for the region going into the spring."
