HOLLAND, Mich. -- The Wayne State University women's swimming and diving team concluded day one of the 2026 GLIAC Championships in third place among the five-team field with 112 points. Graduate student Elly Belmore (St. Clair Shores, Mich. / Lakeview) fueled the Warriors with a first-place showing in the 200 IM thanks to a finals' and NCAA B Cut time of 2:03.16.
