Ben Ajmia & Wasiniak 2026 GLIAC Champs
Ben Ajmia became a three-time GLIAC Champion while Wasiniak is now a two-time title holder, both of which have come this week.

Ben Ajmia and Wasiniak Garner Titles on Night Three of GLIAC Championships

The juniors stood atop the podium for the 500 free and three-meter dive, respectively.

HOLLAND, Mich. -- Catapulted by Khalil Ben Ajmia (Tunis, Tunisia / Lycée Pierre De Coubertin) and Max Wasiniak (Huron, Ohio) winning their respective events on Sunday night, the Wayne State University men's swimming and diving team maintained second-place position at the 2026 GLIAC Championships.  Monday, the fourth and final day of competition, will begin with preliminary action at 10 a.m.
