DETROIT -- The Wayne State University men's golf team is ready for its next event for the fall portion of its 2026-27 schedule. The Warriors will compete in Walsh's Cavalier Fall Invitational, a one-day event on Wednesday, Sept. 24 at Glenmoor Country Club in Canton, Ohio. WSU will tee off at 8:30 a.m.
"We are excited to be able to play this event," said head coach
Mike Horn. "It's on a very good golf course and it fits into our schedule very well. I'm looking for the guys to really start getting serious and executing like they can. The weather should be good so I'm excited to see what kind of number we can post on a scorable golf course."
