DETROIT -- Two tournaments into the spring portion of its 2025-26 schedule, the Wayne State University men's golf team is ready for the next event up. The Warriors will be at Cedarville's Belterra Classic on Monday and Tuesday, which is to be played at Belterra Golf Club in Florence, Ind.
"We are in very good position going into our final two regular-season events, but we've gotta start peaking getting ready for GLIAC Championships and the NCAA," said head coach
Mike Horn. "I like the competitiveness on this team, but our consistency is lacking. Once we get that built up, we are going to be a very difficult team to compete against. Right now, we are not as consistent as we need to be. I like where we're heading and as we get near the postseason, we can really show what kind of team we are."
