DETROIT -- The Wayne State University men's golf team is ready for the spring portion of its 2025-26 schedule. The Warriors will play in the Ohio Dominican Pawleys Island Beach Bash at The Founders Club at Pawleys Island in South Carolina on Monday-Tuesday, March 9-10.
"The Warriors are excited to get the spring season underway," said head coach
Mike Horn. "We've been working really hard inside this winter and are looking forward to letting our efforts show on the course. We will have our work cut out for us as the Beach Bash will have 17 teams that are all hungry to get off to a good start this spring. We will have to be ready to go from the first tee. I'm looking for a lot of development out of our younger guys and continued growth out of our one-year and two-year veterans who really seem to be falling into a leadership role for this team."
