She is the main contact for the Warriors[apos] volleyball, cross country, swimming & diving, men[apos]s and women[apos]s basketball and baseball squads.

Along with SID duties such as statistics, media guides, game-day management, media relations, press releases and game notes, McGillivray assists in various marketing tactics. In fact, she designed the layout of the the 2003-04 Wayne State University men[apos]s and women[apos]s basketball poster/schedule that was awarded second in the nation by the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA). Prior to arriving in Detroit, McGillivray served as the interim sports information director at Augusta State in Georgia where she was responsible for all 11 teams at the Division II program. After graduating from Wisconsin-Stevens Point in May 2001, she joined the sports information staff at South Carolina-Aiken.

McGillivray is a member of College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) and the Job Seekers Committee. A native of Pulaski, Wis., the 27-year-old now resides in Detroit.
