Stefan Terleckyj was a four-time football letterwinner (2010-13), who was a five-time All-GLIAC performer.

A three-time WSU Special Teams MVP, he set the school records for PATs made (169), field goals made (39), points by a kicker (286), highest PAT percentage (98.3) and highest field goal percentage (68.4), along with most consecutive PATs made (65).

His 286 points rank third in WSU history behind running backs Joique Bell and Toney Davis.  Despite ranking third in career punting yards, Terleckyj has the highest career punting average (40.37) of anyone with at least 26 punts in the last 74 years.

As a freshman in 2010, he eclipsed the school record for kicking points in a season with 77 on his way to being named Honorable Mention All-GLIAC.  Terleckyj made all 44 PAT attempts to lead the GLIAC in PAT percentage.

The following season, he again broke the school record for single season points by a kicker with 106.  An All-GLIAC Honorable Mention selection, Terleckyj had eight punts over 50 yards and 26 inside the 20.

In his junior campaign, he had the highest punting average (40.98) at WSU in 36 years which led the GLIAC, while his 51-yard field goal in Allendale is the longest by a WSU kicker in the last 33 years.

Terleckyj was voted to the Super Region 4 Second Team as a punter in 2012.  He earned two All-GLIAC honors (First Team as a punter and Second Team as a kicker).

As a senior, he was selected to the Honorable Mention All-America Team as a punter after garnering First Team All-GLIAC and Third Team All-Region recognition.  Terleckyj averaged 42.8 yards per punt which led the conference and was on the Fred Mitchell Award list for the third consecutive season.

A three-year member of the GLIAC All-Academic Team, Terleckyj was on the Academic Honor Roll seven semesters, including four terms on the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll (term GPA 3.5+).  He earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology Honors and was named to the NFF Hampshire Honor Society.
